I am an ACSM Certified Health/Fitness Instructor. I have advanced certifications from NFPT in Advanced Sports Nutrition and Endurance Training. I am a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist from NASM and American Red Cross CPR certified. I’m a professional member of ACSM, NASM and IDEA organizations.

Storm Fitness offers in-home personal training and consultation for all ages. Including but not limited to fitness assessment, body fat testing and nutrition consultations. Storm Fitness takes great pride in its ability to incorporate a variety of different disciplines.

Storm Fitness provides top of the line equipment and uses functional exercises to get our clients entire body into shape all while having fun at the same time! We take a holistic approach to our training, balance boards, bands, free weights, machines, swiss balls, medicine balls, manual resistance and your own body weight are just some of the equipment and techniques used to give our clients varied and functional workouts that stimulate the mind and body.
